Mindful Mornings
Mindful Mornings is a club for students who are interested in using mindfulness strategies and yoga to lower their stress levels. Students will meet on the first Monday of each month at 8:00 am in Room E210 to practice a mindfulness strategy and a yoga flow. Students may bring their own yoga mat or borrow (and clean) one of Mrs. Carter's mats. Students will need a pass to attend, entering through the cafeteria.
